Ziegler, granting dismissal to Neosho Trompler, Inc. ("Neosho"). The circuit court determined that the mediation agreement met the statutory requirements for a valid settlement under Wis. Stat. § 807.05 (2003-04) because Affordables attorney signed the document. The circuit court also determined that Affordable was equitably estopped from pursuing its March 2, 2004, claim against Neosho.
